Persons seeking exceptional properties are typically seeking a high level of professionalism from their agent, and confidentiality of services.    Sometimes, when confidentiality of identity can be preserved, the tendency to sellers to demand more from affluent buyers is diminished, and negotiation is improved.

Every realtor wants to work with higher priced properties.    Your business is sought after, so naturally, you have your choice among agents.   There is no logic in dismissing this advantage,  so choose an agent who is committed to their work, and committed to representing your interests 100%.     They will collect a substantial commission, so get your money's worth in the agent you choose.
